    The Pomodoro Technique

Enhance your productivity with focused work sessions

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. It's named after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer Cirillo used as a university student.

This technique breaks work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. These intervals are called "pomodoros," from the Italian word for tomato.

The Pomodoro Technique is especially effective for NEET preparation, as it helps maintain focus during long study sessions and prevents burnout by incorporating regular breaks.
